I’m so glad you’re here! My intention is to create a space where you can explore holistic yoga in a way that feels supportive, approachable, and meaningful for your unique journey. Through thoughtful writing, guided videos, and personalized wellness programs, I invite you to deepen your understanding of yoga both on and off the mat.
I offer in-person, Zoom, and private sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each class is shaped around the needs of the students present, honoring individual experiences, abilities, and life circumstances. Whether you are new to yoga or continuing a long-time practice, you are welcomed with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Through a mindfulness-based yoga practice, I help students learn to embody their whole being — mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. My goal is to create space for you to slow down, reconnect, and move in ways that feel healing and sustainable. Getting to know my students is an important part of my teaching. I take time to understand what you are seeking from your practice so that together we can cultivate growth, balance, and deeper awareness.
In addition to regular classes, I host yearly yoga retreats that offer opportunities for rest, renewal, and deeper connection within a supportive community.
