Sanctuary Yoga: Where Mind and Body Meet

Join an Upcoming Session

Yoga is a mindful practice that connects movement with breath to support strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Through intentional movement and breathing, mindfulness yoga encourages greater awareness of the body while helping to calm the mind and reduce stress. 


Practitioners explore foundational postures, gentle stretches, and breathing techniques that build strength, improve mobility, and create space for relaxation. Each yoga practice invites you to move at your own pace while developing a deeper connection to both body and breath. 


Yoga is suitable for men and women of all experience levels, and everyone is welcome to join our virtual yoga classes as well. 


Explore the class options below to find a practice that fits both your schedule and your personal needs. 


What to Bring: 

A yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 


IN-PERSON CLASSES 

Wednesdays, 1-2 pm @ Align Carolina (1327 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC) 

To reserve your space, message me directly. There is a sliding scale price for this class.
